Questions

How much smaller will it be?

It depends on the picture. A photo straight from a phone often comes out several times smaller, especially at a width of 2560 or less. A picture that is already small may not shrink, and then it says so.

Which width should I choose?

As it is keeps every pixel. 2560 is sharp on any screen, 1600 suits most websites, and 1080 is what most social apps show.

Does it work with iPhone photos?

Yes. HEIC photos work in Safari, and in other browsers after a HEIC reader is fetched from tilora.io, about 1.3 MB.

Are my pictures uploaded?

No. Your browser makes them smaller, on this device. Nothing is sent to tilora.io or anywhere else.
